No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You can help protect your information by using a strong password, keeping your device secure, enabling device-level security features, and only inviting trusted people to your family workspace.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and support legitimate business purposes.

In general:

  • Account information is retained while your account is active.

You should carefully review who has access to your family workspace before uploading documents such as insurance cards, medical records, lab results, legal documents, or identity documents.

Family Medical Organizer is not responsible for how invited users use, download, screenshot, copy, or re-share information they are permitted to access.

11. Emergency Information and Lock Screen Access

If Family Medical Organizer offers emergency access, medical alert cards, printable cards, lock screen access, widgets, or similar emergency features, information you choose to make available through those features may be visible to people who have access to your device, printed materials, or shared emergency documents.
